This guy one the lottery twice in a year! Most people spend their money and time over and over to try to win the lottery and this guy won large amounts twice! What a fortunate family. I still don't play all the time I'll just buy a ticket every now and then. Also I don't think anyone should rely on winning the lottery, but why not try. There are products out there that claim to help you win, like SilverLotto system but I have never tried it. I guess if you spend hundreds a month on lotto tickets its worth the $39. I just dream of hitting the big $40 million jackpot so I only play lotto when the jackpot is big... although I'll take an extra $4 million too!
