Lexus seems to be the only luxury brand making hybrids. Although Land Rover, BMW and Mercedes all have hybrids in the works this 2010 Lexus 250H is available now. Only getting 35mpg it is an improvement but not amazing, it is still the only luxury dedicated hybrid on the market...for now.
